Before You Travel

Contact & information

  1. First contact We connect through the website, live chat, or email — all you need to leave is your email and what you are looking for.
  2. Information collection We guide you through the basics: country or region, preferred language, and a short description of your condition.

Medical assessment

  1. Medical record review Our medical team reviews your records, reports and imaging, and confirms whether your case falls within our scope of service.
  2. Remote consultation Where appropriate, we arrange a video consultation with physicians at a qualified partner hospital.

Confirmation & travel

  1. Plan and quotation You receive a bilingual care plan together with a transparent breakdown of costs.
  2. Contract and informed consent We provide the bilingual service contract and the medical informed-consent letter for you to sign and return.
  3. Trip preparation We assist with visa documents, flights, accommodation and interpreter arrangements.
Note：Every step has a standard deliverable. We do not move to the next stage until the previous checkpoint is complete.

During Treatment

Arrival & preparation

  1. Airport pickup and check-in 1-on-1 private transfer to your accommodation, with check-in assistance on arrival.
  2. Pre-admission preparation We help complete hospital registration, book examinations, and prepare the required paperwork.
