1. Nature of service

This site provides medical travel assistance and personal escort services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical care is delivered by qualified hospitals and physicians.

2. Scope

We focus on serious medical care and TCM rehabilitation. We do not offer wellness tourism, eldercare, or general health management, and we do not serve patients in mainland China.

3. Contract

Specific services, fees, and responsibilities are governed by the bilingual service contract and informed consent signed between the parties.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

5. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan for this purpose).
