Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

About the platform
Are you a hospital?
No. We are a medical assistance platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical care is delivered by qualified partner hospitals and physicians. We help you find the right hospital, plan your trip, and provide escort and translation.
What services do you provide?
From information collection, medical record assessment, telemedicine consultation, visa assistance, trip planning, 1-on-1 private transfers, accommodation, dining and medical interpretation, to in-hospital escort, rehabilitation management and follow-up — we provide end-to-end assistance.
Do you offer wellness tourism or eldercare?
No. We focus on serious medical care and TCM rehabilitation. We do not offer wellness tourism, eldercare or general health management.
About medical care
Which conditions do you handle?
We focus on serious medical care (neurosurgical rehab, orthopedic rehab, cardiac surgery, complex surgery) and TCM rehabilitation. Final inclusion depends on medical assessment — please leave your basic condition via Contact for evaluation.
Which hospitals do you work with?
We work with multiple qualified university-affiliated hospitals and specialty centers. For compliance and professional reasons we do not name specific hospitals on our website — our medical team will match your records with the most appropriate facility and physician.
Can I choose my own doctor?
You may express a preference, but final arrangements are made by our medical team after evaluation to ensure the most appropriate care. Your treatment outcome and safety are our top priority.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. We do not provide medical opinions and make no outcome guarantees. Any clinical result depends on your specific condition, treatment plan and individual response. Please consult your physician in detail.
About the process
How do I start?
Three simple steps: (1) leave your email and inquiry via Contact; (2) our medical team contacts you within 1 business day; (3) you enter detailed information collection and assessment.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on your condition and treatment plan. Pre-trip phase typically takes 5–10 business days; on-trip depends on the plan; post-trip may extend for months.
Can I cancel midway?
Yes. You may exit any time before signing the contract. After signing, early termination follows the contract terms; third-party costs already incurred (hotel, transfers) are settled based on actuals.
About pricing
How is pricing structured?
We provide transparent pricing: a service package fee plus third-party costs (hospital, accommodation, transfers, dining, etc. as incurred). Your initial assessment and consultation is free — actual fees are communicated after you confirm the plan.
Do you accept international insurance?
We support direct billing / reimbursement with some international insurers. Please share your insurance details during consultation; our team will assist with verification and submission.
Is it cheaper than Western private hospitals?
Yes. Treatment costs at top Chinese hospitals are typically significantly lower than at Western private hospitals, and we use transparent pricing to avoid hidden fees. Actual cost depends on your treatment plan.
About visa & travel
How do I get a Chinese medical visa?
After contract signing, we assist with required visa documents (invitation letter, itinerary, etc.). The visa type is determined by your local consulate/embassy; we provide guidance, not visa processing.
Can family accompany me?
Yes. We assist with arrangements for accompanying family (accommodation, visa, itinerary), but family members do not participate in medical decisions.
About on-trip service
What does the in-hospital escort do?
The escort assists with admission, examinations, and physician communication. Escorts do not provide medical advice — only translation and procedural assistance.
What about medical emergencies?
You can reach our 24-hour emergency contact for logistics and translation. Our emergency contact does not make medical decisions. For medical emergencies, dial local emergency services directly (Mainland China: 120).
About after-care
What happens after I return home?
We assist with remote follow-ups (video consultation with Chinese physicians), rehabilitation management (if applicable), and medication guidance.
Can I give feedback after service?
Yes. We'll follow up after completion. Your feedback helps us improve, and is not published without your written consent.
Medical Disclaimer. We provide medical assistance services and do not provide medical opinions. All clinical care is delivered by qualified hospitals and physicians. We make no outcome guarantees; results depend on your specific condition and treatment plan.
